Delivery and Shipping

Our arrangements for shipping are as follows:

United Kingdom

All UK orders will be sent via a tracked or signed for service using Royal Mail, with the exception of saddles.

Europe

All International orders will be sent via a tracked or signed for service. Delivery timescales will vary, depending on the destination of the order.  Horsesense will not be held responsible for any delays due to customs and taxes.

Certain countries may encounter Customs charges. These charges are dictated by the destination country and as such we have no control over them, or the amount.  Please speak to your country's tax office before placing an order if you wish to know if additional charges will occur. Please refer to further information on Tax, Duty and Custom charges here

Orders must be placed before 1pm UK time for express delivery on all orders.

Hassle Free Returns

We want you to be safe in the knowledge that whenever you order from Horsesense you are entitled to a full refund or exchange if you are not fully satisfied.

If you wish to return your item, please send an email to [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase, and let us know you are making a return.All products must be in a resaleable condition. Please note it can take up to 14 days for a refuns to be credited back to your account

Always include your name, order number and telephone number so we can contact you to process the exchange or refund. We reccommend using a tracked service when returning items to us, Horsesense cannot be held responsible for returns not received.

*Please note shipping costs cannot be refunded. We are sorry but we are unable to accept returns on Helmets and Body Protectors due to safety reasons
